## Prepaid Credits

Customers buy prepaid credits. `1_000_000` micro-credits equals `$1.00`.

## Failed Reads

If igskill reserves credits and the upstream provider or hosted parser fails before usable data is returned, igskill refunds the reservation. If partial data is returned, billing depends on the endpoint-specific policy and response metadata.

Customers should inspect response `usage` and `limitations` before retrying. Wider retries, larger comment batches, transcript requests, and parse modes may reserve additional credits.

## Platform Risk

Instagram data access is fragile. Upstream providers, Meta platform behavior, public page availability, and legal/policy requirements can change without notice. igskill does not guarantee access to any specific public post, reel, profile, comment, transcript, or metric.

## Public Data Only

The service does not offer private-account reads, DMs, customer credential automation, or personal-cookie scraping.
